Special events are big part of life on Oahu. Dare-devil surfers
test their skills on monster winter waves on the North Shore. The
annual Aloha Festivals attracts thousands to celebrate at street
parties and enjoy the floral parade. And talented dancers, chanters
and musicians from around the world gather at prestigious hula
competitions.
