While we always endeavour to create accurate advertising material for our holiday packages, we do sometimes make mistakes – after all, we are a team of real-life human globetrotters and trailblazers.
In these cases, we must retract, correct, and/or acknowledge incorrect advertisements and messages that have gone public.
The Sheraton Princess Kaiulani holiday package (Deal Code: MH-68483) advertised in our hot deal strip in the Sydney Sun Herald and Melbourne Sunday Age on 30th August advertised the incorrect resort name and room type. The correct package details is a Tower Waikiki Standard Room at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Retraction added 12:50 31/08/2026
