Promotion Period:
· The Promotion starts at 01.05.2025 and ends 31.05.2025 (“Promotion Period”) unless extended or terminated earlier by My Hawaii.
· Bookings made outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.
How to Participate:
To qualify for the Gift customers must:
· Purchase a qualifying My Hawaii Luxury Lei Day holiday package with My Hawaii between 01.05.2025 and ends 31.05.2025
· The Gift will then (subject to availability) be applied at no additional cost upon confirmation of the booking.
Limit of one pair of premium Maui Jim sunglasses per person, per booking (up to a maximum of two pairs. Extra person and/or child included in booking do not receive sunglasses) valued up to $700 per pair.
Exclusions:
1. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
2. The Gift is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
3. The Gift applies only to the specified Fiji packages and is not valid for any other services, tours, or products.

By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in My Hawaii’s privacy policy.
My Hawaii may contact customers via email or phone to confirm the booking and arrange for the Gift Voucher to be sent.

If purchasing multiple items, the code’s value will be applied to the highest priced sunglasses. The balance as well as tax and shipping charges can be paid for by credit card. Maui Jim is not responsible for lost or stolen E-codes or any unauthorised E-Code use. Lost or stolen E- Codes may be replaced at Maui Jim’s election. E-Codes are valid for use within Australia, by recipients based in Australia only.
Governing Law:
1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
2. Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.
