Guests are allocated 1-2 pieces of luggage each weighing up to 50 pounds. For luggage weighing above this guests will be required to load their own luggage.

Arrival Procedure:
Guests will receive a welcome text from Karmel transfers upon arrival at LAX Airport with details of where to meet their driver.
Once guests have exited from baggage claim they are to cross to the Island/Middle Curb under the white sign labelled “Passenger Pick Up”.

The Citadel shop til you drop at LAX package is for folks who have a late night flight. Or, do you have a long layover at LAX? This is the tour package for you. Includes pickup from your Anaheim hotel, transfer to Citadel outlets, access to Citadel Outlet Guest Lounge to store your luggage whilst you shop, and then transfer to LAX Airport for your flight home.

All prices are per person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Cancellation Charges 
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
