We’d like to inform you that balcony repair work will be taking place at the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa from January 5, 2026, through July 1, 2026.
Guest may choose to book a room with full balcony access and away from any construction activity. Please note that rooms designated as “No Balcony” will have a locked balcony door and may experience construction work outside the balcony area between 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday through Friday.
Throughout the project, both resort pools and all amenities and services will remain fully accessible and unaffected by the repair work.
